House cleaner/yard help recommendation?

I'm looking for a house cleaner in the Alton area. I could also use some help cleaning up the yard in the spring. A landscaping service is overkill - I'm looking for more like a teenager who wants to make a few bucks!

Does anyone have any good recommendations?
