Short term rental needed
 

Hi friends, we have sold our home in CT and will be building our forever home in Tuftonboro this spring! My lifelong dream realized! Wondering if there are any short term rentals around. Could be small cottage, guest house or a small condo. Probably for six months or so. Until our home is done. We would take care of your property like it was our own. We have two small well behaved and trained dogs. Looking for very reasonable priced options. Let me know what you might have. Thanks.

Can you put a camper/RV on your own site?

I can, but don’t really want to live in a camper for six months.

I'm retired. The current NH House wants to tax not only interest and dividends, but capital gains. For those of us living on our savings, like many others, it is time to declare residency in Florida where there truly is no income tax. No income tax in NH is a lie as long as we tax interest & dividends, and soon, capital gains. This is a tax on retirees more than anybody else and should be unconstitutional for that reason.

Can government never stop spending? The keep adding taxes. Apparently they don't realize people are moving out of other states to shed taxes. I think a few people want to spend money for their pet project and all those pet projects add up to a lot more taxes. The problem also is people move to other states (like NH) and then want to bring their state and all it's baggage with them.

We need high income people...
