Public parking in Alton
 

We are considering an island rental on Barndoor in August for a week. Is there any public parking in Alton or Wolfeboro where we can leave cars overnight?

Our home port is Gilford, so I don't want to have to go that far whenever we need something on land. My daughter will be commuting back and forth to the seacoast all week as well, so I need someplace fairly close to leave her car.
