Center harbor ice airport?

Maybe the airport on the ice in Alton never opened this winter but 2 planes were landing and taking off in center harbor this morning. The small bright yellow planes were also landing out in front of blackcat. Not sure how much those planes weigh but didn't seem too smart.

we saw them at Laconia airport, they both have pontoons
