My credit union who holds the lien usually refer me to lawyers when I do an FSBO. Both lawyers are from Nashua and specializes in FSBO. I don't have the paperwork in front of me to give you names. They assign a paralegal to walk you through all the steps you need to do. You do most of the footwork to save money. Or they will do the footwork and paperwork for you. Call your lender.
