Kohler Generator

I purchased a 20KW Kohler Generator in the fall and until we had our first power outage I did not look to see if it had been doing its weekly exercise. It wasn't. I reset the exercise and it worked fine for three weeks in a row. Went to check it this week and it did not perform the weekly exercise and the red light was off. Anyone else have this issue.

I'd get a service contract and forget about it. That is what I do.

Warranty???

Yes I still have a warranty. It started exactly on time this Saturday. Someone said if there is too much snow around it, there won't be enough air for it to start. I cleaned all around it.
