kayak fee
 

So,first I need to apologize I forgot my password and didn't get to see new posts in December
I just read a thread about a $10 fee for non motorized boats money going to fish and game.
We have kayaks . My question did the fee become a reality? Sorry if this is old news. It's new to me.
