Roofer Recommendation to Fix Roof Leak
 

Longtime regular visitor to the Lake but new homeowner. Great forum!

I think I have a leaky roof vent pipe that is leaking down into my attic. Does anybody have a recommendation for a reliable roofer?

Tempted to get up on the roof myself but my better half is not having any of that. She has little faith!

I just had my roof replaced by an excellent carpenter/roofer/siding installer, etc. This man did a great deal of work on a neighbor's new house and his workmanship is outstanding so I hired him for my job. I'm totally satisfied with his work. He's about the best home improvement/builder I've ever used. He lives in Farmington. Here's his info:

I'll vouch for Wayne. He helped finish a new, handicap accessible bathroom in our home a year ago or so. He was outstanding. The work was professionally done, he wasted no time once work began and cleaned up everyday so we didn't feel like we lived in a building under construction. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the effort and the outcome. I would hire him again.

I've had nothing but good experiences using Interlakes Building. Mike Pelczar (owner) just put on a new roof for my house in Meredith and did a fantastic job.

Piper Roofing does great work as a very competitive price, and stands behind his work !

We also had a good experience with Piper Roofing a few years ago.
