We'll be walking along a cordoned off trail up in the Castle in the Clouds, with no one around to help, and a big furry hand will reach out from behind a tree and with one mighty swing, we will be Sasquatched into the previously untracked snow. I'm more concerned with the bull shark that some whacko let loose in the Lake.

Aren't those big old red bull sharks pictured here on the map in close proximity to our friends on Rattlesnake Island? :eek2:

And for those who believe the story was describing Big Foot have not heard of a Fisher Cat. The article description was the same as heard by myself and 4 neighbors when I live in Atkinson a few years back. After hearing the blood curdling scream of what myself and neighbors thought was a woman in distress all of us were on our decks looking into the woods to find the "woman in distress". We later we informed that this had been a Fisher Cat.

The Fisher Cat is know to eat small animals and is quite vicious. They also have been known to feast on a cat or small dog too. http://home.mcn.net/~wtu/fisher.html

I once called the police to report a woman being attacked in the woods behind my house. The police officer was very kind, and did not laugh out loud at me - but rather led me out to where he had found the bobcat prints in the snow.

I laugh myself silly everytime I recall that night - and it still brings the hair on the back of my neck straight up, even while I'm laughing.

It can scare the life out of you to hear some of these wild animals screaming in the night.
