FOUND: Electric dog collar on Rattlesnake Isl.
 

If anyone lost an electronic dog collar on the trail under the powerlines on the southeast side of Rattlesnake, send me a PM. This is a black collar, black box, no namebrand that I can see. This looks like a unit from an invisible fence type system.
