Pontoon Scissor Trailer

So This year I find myself in an interesting situation, 2 Pontoon boats and only one Bunk trailer. Does any one out there have a Scissor Trailer that would accommodate a 24' Pontoon, that could be used for a day to get one of my boats out of the water, and set onto blocks in my yard?

This is likely something I would be looking to do after Columbus day weekend.

I know I can hire a marina to do it for me, but I would rather do it myself so that I can put the boat where I want it on blocks, as opposed to hope that the Marina puts it where I would like it....

I have one, we can load it for $150 and we’ll put it wherever you’d like.

That is a great deal and a nice offer.

The only thing I would question as a boat owner is insurance and experience. Clarify in advance that the towing vehicle is insured for use as a "for hire" vehicle. You would hate to have any type of accident or damage to your boat and have the insurance company say "Sorry, that is not covered". I would request an insurance certificate in advance naming the boat owner as the holder of the certificate.

I know Miles Marine has the right trailer for this and they put peoples pontoon boats in their yards every year.

Interesting fact: They will put it on blocks and right where you want it!

Isn't it a sad fact of life today that you don't dare to do a favor for anybody for fear of getting sued!! So so sad.
