Where is Polly's pancake house

Sugar Hill, NH. It's very good—all homemade, unique options, nice space—but there is often a long wait, and it's mucho expensivo. Last time I was there, I was alone and it cost me something like $30. Of course, I like variety...

Always call ahead. We almost never wait. It’s not a reservation but putting your name on a wait list.

It is expensive but worth it.

Meh. I enjoy going, but I'll take Benton's, Heritage Farm, or Intervale—all much closer—over Polly's. At one point, I would've put Parker's in there, but the last few times we visited haven't been awesome. Benton's, though? Goddamn has that place nailed it these last couple years—only S/S, though, which is not where this thread started.

We like Heritage Farm too.

You ever try Margaret's Kitchen in Sanbornton? We tried it one morning when Heritage Farm was jammed—I got the chicken and waffles, and it was ridiculous.
