Just for the heck of it I was checking to see what was available on the lake and what prices were running. There is valet storage for a 26 footer available for $99.9k. Dropped from 150 a week ago or so. Wow! I knew prices would be up there but rack storage for 100,000.

WOW PBM charged $4500/Yr, so you would have to be there over 20 years to break even!

Forget about boating, I'll be dead by then,,,

There's a slip and liveaboard boat for sale at MVYC, something around $450K for the package. Not a bad price for waterfront, boat storage, beach, etc. How much for a waterfront camp with a nice beach and a boat? Taxes on such a camp might be $8-10K. Boat and slip, closer to $2K.
Yes, $100K for valet seems like a lot. Maybe it includes a boat?
