"All Books Must Go" at Nichols Library Book Sale in Center Harbor on August 19
Shelves at the James E. Nichols Memorial Library are nearly collapsing under the weight of too many great books! In order to lessen the load and make room for new releases, the Library will hold a "Summer Clearance Book Sale" on Saturday, August 19 from 10am to 1pm on the Library lawn. All books must go!
Gently worn books, audiobooks and DVDs will be offered at bargain basement, clearance "prices," otherwise known as "free - donations appreciated." These materials are perfect for replenishing your seasonal camp or vacation home with enjoyable reading or viewing for you and your visitors. Or, start your holiday gift shopping early simply by perusing the wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books and popular DVDs available. All are in excellent, almost new condition. And you can't beat the "price!"
All donations from the "Summer Clearance Book Sale" will be used to purchase new books and other materials for the Nichols Library collection.
The James E. Nichols Memorial Library, located at 35 Plymouth Street, is an easy, short walking distance from the Town docks on Lake Winnipesaukee. For additional information, please call the Library at 603-253-6950.
