Off and running! There were eleven Winnipesaukee waterfront sales in January at an average price of $835,091 and a median price point of $726,000. That’s a lot better start than last January when there were just five sales on Winnie but the average did come in higher at $1.084 million.

The 2015 Year End Winnipesaukee and Winnisquam Waterfront Sales Report
December, 2015 was another strong month for Winnipesaukee waterfront sales with 19 transactions at an average sales price of $1,060,368. Last December we had 14 sales in December and only 3 in 2013 so sales are definitely up! There were 6 sales over the million dollar mark with the largest sale coming in at $3.65 million on Governors Island at 548 Edgewater Drive.

The decision to buy in the Lakes Region or on the Cape is a question that repeatedly surfaces when working with buyers looking for a second home in this area. There were twenty waterfront sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in August at an average price of $1,156,045 and a median price point of $832,950. That’s pretty awesome! It brings our total number of sales for the year to an even 100 at an average price of $1,133,602. There were three sales in February on Lake Winnipesaukee at an average of $1.26 million. That’s down from last February when we had seven sales that were all below the million dollar mark resulting in an average price of just $606,429.
