On Paugus Bay at Spinnaker Cove Yacht Club (Laconia - Winnipesaukee) deep water, accommodates approximately 9 beam, limited to 31 LOA, 4 way tie and has electric, water, and wifi available. This slip is located at the end of dock 2 where there is also a large deck area with tables and umbrellas that provide a fantastic view of the Bay. All of Dock areas have been resurfaced with composite decking. The slip area is protected from waves and wakes by a large breakwater. Includes a reserved, gated parking spot. Amenities include a beautiful clubhouse with a large deck overlooking the bay, kitchen facilities, bathrooms with showers and multiple TVs. The club also has a pump out station and a private beach with a large patio complete with tables and grills. The yacht club sponsors family events during the season and is also a no pets facility.
