Available is a non smoking air conditioned unit across the street from the YCV beach and docks. Enjoy the view from our front porch. 2 bedrooms (king & queen) plus a queen in the loft. Full galley kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Wi-Fi plus 2 streaming TVs. 3/4 bath with shower. Ceiling fans throughout. Deep water dock is available for up to a 26' boat. We have a sandy shallow water beach with chairs, swim raft, swimming pool and tennis court. Gas grille and parking for 2 vehicles are just outside the back door. Maximum of 6 people (4 during Bike Week). It's a 5 minute walk to the Bank of New Hanpshire Pavillion, and 3.5 miles to Weirs Beach.
Weeks available in June, mid to late July and August.
No pets.
$2100/week June, July and August
$2300/week for Bike Week (June 8-15)
For all weeks:
$100/week for dock
$100 for YCV rental fee
$250 refundable security deposit
