Crossing the state line, the state of New Hampshire once requested of drivers to be "civil", saying, How quaint! Yes, I'd say New Hampshire is definitely ripe for big-city lawyering. APS, the motions are already in place such that I will be a NH resident once again. Unlike you I'll be a full time resident too. I fully believe that the NH rafting rule, as written, is unconstitutional. A lawsuit is the only way to preserve the rights of the public to use the lake. |
