Newer devices don't actually rotate your picture when you rotate your camera or phone. They just add a little piece of data that tells software to rotate it. Not all software reads that data, including this older version of the forum software that we use.

The solution is to rotate and resave your images in a photo editing program or website. Then it will be actually rotated and not relying on the embedded data.
