Interesting take. Why can’ estimates be completed with a video phone call and photos. Ballpark the job based off assumptions. If those assumptions change the price changes. Must say as a 20 plus year lakefront property owner sometimes contractor estimates are based on “ he owns a lakefront home bump it up”
